Who performs the work
Work is performed by independent local contractors. Denver Egress Pros passes quote requests to the independent local contractor who does the work. We are not a contractor, we do not perform or supervise any work, and we do not employ, endorse or guarantee any contractor. Contractors pay us for the requests we send them. Any agreement for work, including price, schedule, warranty, licensing, insurance and permits, is solely between you and the contractor. Check a contractor's licensing, insurance and references yourself before hiring.
No guarantees
We do not promise that a contractor will contact you, give you a quote, be available, or charge any particular price. Cost and code information on this site is general, may be out of date, and is not legal, engineering or professional advice. Building codes and local amendments change and differ by city and county; confirm requirements with your building department.
Calls and texts
If you agree on the form, Denver Egress Pros and the independent local contractor who performs the work may call and text you, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The text, design and images on this site belong to Denver Egress Pros or are used with permission. Short quotations from government sources are credited with links. Do not copy the site's content without permission.
