Privacy Policy

Denver Egress Pros ("we", "us") runs this website. When homeowners in the Denver metro area request a quote for egress windows, window wells or related work, we share the request with the independent local contractor who performs the work. We are not a contractor and do not perform installation work.

Information we collect

• What you type into the quote form: name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, the service you pick, and any project details.
• Your consent record: whether you checked the consent box, the exact consent wording shown to you, and the date and time.
• Technical information sent with the form: the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), your browser's user-agent string, how long the form took to fill in, and a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address that we use to block spam. We do not store your raw IP address.
• If you call or text us: your phone number, the time and length of the call or text, and possibly the call audio or message content. Calls to our phone line may be recorded and transcribed by our phone provider, for quality and to route your request. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
• Anonymous page-interaction counts: when you view, start or submit the quote form or tap a call link, the page sends us a short event with the page path, the event type and a random ID that lasts only for that page view. It sets no cookie and we do not store your IP address or browser details with it. If you start the form and leave without submitting, we record only the ZIP code and service you picked, never your name, phone or email. We use these counts to see which pages help people request a quote.

How we use it

• To pass your request to a local contractor who can contact you and give you a quote.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, with your consent.
• To block spam and abuse, keep records of consent, and measure how well the site works.

How we share it

• With one independent contractor. When you submit a request, we share your contact information and project details with the independent local contractor who performs the work. Contractors pay us for the requests we send them, so this sharing may count as a "sale" of personal data under some state laws. The contractor's own privacy practices then apply to the information it receives.
• With service providers that host the website and database, deliver email and alerts, block spam and provide phone and text service (for example, Cloudflare and our phone and text carrier). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers are shared only with the contractor handling your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If we add spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) or analytics later, those services may set cookies or collect device signals, and we will update this policy before they go live.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as needed to handle your request, resolve disputes and meet legal record-keeping needs. DECISION: set a retention period (for example, 4–5 years for consent records).

Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Calls and email: tell us or the contractor you no longer want to be contacted.
• Access, correction and deletion: email us to ask what we hold about you or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live and on the law that applies to us, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal data or of targeted advertising, and to appeal our decision on a request. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
